THE FUTURE OF WORK / JOBS

In the earlier period of time, it was hunting and gathering as people are living in clusters of families. They all gather food and hunt together to survive. It was a period of "all for one and one for all".

Then comes the succession of time when people have to farm the land before they could survive. Each family would have to acquire land to do farming and pay the king out of the harvest as dues for farming the land. This period ushers everyone to subsistence Agriculture otherwise know as the Agrarian era.

Soon people began to migrate to the other region due to the creation of many manufacturing Industries. This was an era where labour is sold on an open market. It was a time you can sell your time to work in a factory and get payment in the form of salary. It was tagged as "Industrial Era".

Then come another succession and shift in global communities whereby the nature of jobs revolves around getting Education in some specialized field to be able to get a job and earn a large sum of money. It was a period whereby you are regarded as an illiterate for not having formal education to get a degree or certificate. It was an era called "Information age".This was an era in which the information and knowledge you have will make you excel and find your place in the market place. It was a period of the advent of the internet and world wide web.
