LEADING BY OBJECTIVE

In every organisation realities there are always leaders and followers frictions sometimes as a result of place of work issues or personal ones.
However to achieve total cooperation and effective interdependent atmosphere ,who ever are in the position of leading a set of people , a team or group of people must be able to do so based on objectivity not subjectivity.
Leadership by subjectivity are based on personal emotion,opinions,point of view etc of the leader about a particular person in a team .While leadership by objectivity are based on fact at hand which are measurable and observable.
It as nothing to do with personal likeness or issues.
A leader must be able to understand that personal friendship or enmity must not get in the way of work and the leadership style.
Any leader that lead by subjective will never be effective due to the fact that all focus will be on personal likeness or hatred and not the performance of duty.While a leader that lead with objectivity is only concern about the job that are put into the hands of the team whether they are performing well or not.
In the final analysis ,Leaders must be wary of this not only in organisation realities but also in every area of management of our lives.
